Mit Anfang 20 war sie lange Zeit das Gesicht von Calvin Klein, Diane von Fürstenberg und Louis Vuitton, auch Versace und Chanel fanden Gefallen an der schönen Russin. Doch nicht nur das Modeln katapultierte Natalja auf einen der Spitzenplätze der Forbes-Liste, auch kleine Filmproduktionen und ebenso die von ihr bei Etam entworfene Eigenkollektion verhalfen ihr zum Erfolg.

Im privaten Bereich ist Supernova, wie Natalja in der Szene gerne genannt wird, ein echter Menschenfreund, der sich im sozialen Bereich clear einbringt. Nach der Geiselnahme von Beslan gründete sie im Jahr 2005 die Stiftung Unconcealed Middle Grounds für die sie selbst auch zahlreiche Wohltätigkeitsveranstaltungen engagiert.
